Background
Viktoriya graduated with honors from the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi, faculty of Law. She participated in number of workshops and trainings on legal matters. She has practical experience as a consultant in a local law firm, and as a head of legal department in high profile oil and gas and mining kazakhstani and international companies. Viktoriya joined the firm in her role in 2010.

Experience
Victoriya has more than 15 years of experience in various state and private organizations. She was member to several governmental working groups advising on signing the oil and gas PSAs and consession contracts with high profile international oil and gas companies; she also advised on privatization of governmental holding industry companies.Viktoriya’s practice is in areas of natural resources, corporate law, investment law, labour law and litigation. Being partner local law firm, she advised the number of large foreign and kazakhstani companies on various sub-surface use related issues, including the M&As, drafting and consulting on complex shareholders agreements, business structuring and advised on all legal matters of the investment projects in the oil and gas industry.
Combination of her experience of governmental advisor, in-house lawyer in large companies and experience in law firm allows her to understand deeply commercial side of clients business and to satisfy needs of clients on high professional level.
Viktoriya actively cooperates with the oil and gas and litigation lawyers, law experts and professors, conducts internal/external trainings. She has published number of articles and client updates.
She is fluent in Russian and English languages.
