Background
Shynar graduated with honors from the Kazakh State National University named after Al-Farabi, faculty of Law. She participated in number of workshops and trainings on legal matters, including specific trainings on “Comparative Banking and Financial Law" (Bank of France, Paris) and "Comparative experiences in dealing with problems of the banking sector in Eastern Europe and Central Asia" (National Bank of Poland , Warsaw).
Shynar joined the firm in her role in 2012.

Experience
Shynar has solid experience in financial sector. While working in financial organizations she was participating in establishing the insurance system of deposits (including the development of normative legal acts).
She was the member of working groups on mortgage lending, housing construction savings, the establishment of consolidated supervision of banking activities, including its legal support by according proposed laws on mentioned issues at all stages and adoption by the Parliament of RoK.
Also acted in the media, lectured to representatives of second level banks, published articles on the banking subjects.
On the insurance market, she led the legal department of the insurance companies, providing legal support of the activities of insurance companies, also legal support on administrative, labor and corporate matters, including representation of the interests of insurance companies in the courts.
Shynar speaks fluent Russian, Kazakh and English languages.
